ON IN LONDON

Description

All the world’s a stage and you’re invited!

Our On Stage events are essentially a subcategory of our real world events; however, due to their specificity we’ve decided to segment them into their own category. Essentially, we provide an immersive, participatory, on-stage performance, which involves particiaptory games, audio / visual graphics, live musical performances, special guests, props, costumes and live competition.

The audience sits in teams, and each team uses one smart device to interact with the live on stage events as they unfold. Teams are required to answer questions, problem solve, place fictional bets, discuss strategy, and guess what might happen next, to try and earn points and be crowned the event winners.

Our on stage events are typically broken into rounds, and the whole event typically lasts between 60-120 minutes. We offer live scores, the option for a half time break, and the ability to design bespoke rounds for special occasions.

We can scale our events for small audiences, up into the thousands of players, and perform within a variety of venues. We have a roadshow style array of equipment in-house, including mobile staging, lighting and a/v, which can typically facilitate an event for up to 500 players. For larger events, we work with a network of partners, to allow us to meet the needs of our clients.

Our on stage event’s work well as hybrid event’s which include participation from virtual players as well. Furthermore,  we offer a pen and paper option, opposed to using smart technology, to cater for environments without an internet connection. This option does not include live scores, and additional time is required to add up the scores at the end of the performance.
